1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 77kph platform — whether through the website at 77kph.org, the Android app, or the mobile browser — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77kph. They apply to all players regardless of location within the Philippines, and to all activities conducted through your account including gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in any promotions or VIP programme benefits.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 77kph platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 77kph does not permit access or wagering by anyone under 21, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately with any balance handled in accordance with applicable rules.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of using the platform. 77kph is intended solely for Philippines players.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntarily enrolled in an exclusion programme at the time of registration or gameplay.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on 77kph requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 77kph requires identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. This typically involves submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation depending on account activity. KYC is a one-time process per account and is required for all players.

• Account registration and KYC must be completed through the official 77kph platform only.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• 77kph reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after registration may have transaction privileges restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 77kph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, and local Philippine bank transfers. 77kph does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming transactions.

Funds deposited into your 77kph account are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP and are available for gameplay once confirmed by the payment processor.

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until documentation is provided and approved.

• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name, matching the identity on your 77kph account.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 77kph platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, fish shooting games, eBingo, sports betting, and online poker — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game rules are accessible within each game or game category.

• All slot, RNG table game, and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. No strategy, timing, or external influence can alter game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game in progress (cards dealt, wheel spin, dice roll) and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant.
• Sports betting wagers are subject to settlement rules based on the official result of the relevant sporting event. 77kph reserves the right to void bets in cases of data error, event cancellation, or force majeure.
• eBingo prizes are determined by card completion within each session room. Room-specific rules and prize structures are displayed before purchase.
• Any technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session that results in an incomplete outcome may require the game round to be replayed or the wager returned, at 77kph's discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77kph may offer bonuses, cashback, or other promotional benefits to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. General principles that apply to all promotions include:

• Promotional offers are intended for personal use by eligible players only. Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of abuse will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.
• Where wagering or turnover requirements apply to a bonus, these must be met before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirements will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• 77kph does not guarantee that any particular promotion will remain available. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, subject to fair notice where practicable.

7 Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the 77kph platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live dealer games.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour toward 77kph staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Registering more than one account to circumvent account restrictions or to claim multiple bonuses.

Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonuses or winnings associated with the prohibited activity.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 77kph uses OTP (one-time password) verification for each login session and encrypts all data transmission through SSL. However, you must also take reasonable precautions on your end:

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 77kph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Update your password if you believe it has been compromised.

77kph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your account credentials. If suspicious activity is reported promptly, 77kph will investigate and take appropriate action.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

77kph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Underage gambling or eligibility violations.
• Any activity that 77kph reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or its legal obligations.

In cases of suspension, any funds legitimately held in your account — after deducting relevant bonuses and any amounts subject to review — will be handled in accordance with the findings of the investigation. Players may contact support to query the basis for an account suspension.

10 Responsible Gaming

77kph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their own gaming activity, including spending limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the account dashboard.

You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Third-party game content accessed through the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12 Changes to These Terms

77kph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through the platform or via their registered contact details.

Continued use of the 77kph platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
